I have been feeling pretty good! I only seem to be nauseous in the morning, but I am not throwing up, and extremely tired at night, but I am going to bed around 9 or 10, and getting at least 8 hours of sleep. The last two days I have been feeling very bloated and my clothes are feeling tight. I need to eat alittle different-- five to six small healthy meals a day and workout for at least 30 minutes five days a week. I would also like to start walking the dogs on the week days.
I want to be as healthy as possible for this little baby! Healthy to help him/her grow properly and stay strong, and to allow me to be healthy and fit enough during the pregnancy, childbirth, and taking care of our precious little miracle onced our jellybean is here!
I received my new health insurance cards in the mail, so I am planning on scheduling my 8 and 10 week appointments with Chris. Dave wants to go with me, which I thought was super sweet. I am so very excited and I pray the baby stays healthy and I give God all the praise for giving us this child!
