31 weeks, 5 days

I had an ultrasound and drs appt today at 3:00.  My mom went with me which was a blessing.  Baby looked adorable and even put her little hand on her face!  And of course, she was playing with her feet.  She is also in the perfect position for delivery!!  Her head is down and her back is up against my belly button!  This such a blessing because I was concerned that if she remained breech, I would have to have a c-section.  God is working so much in both of our lives!!!

Leah weighs 4.45 pounds which is alittle big, but not huge.  Her femur is very large (long) too, so she is going to be a big strong girl!  She is in the 65th percentile, but the tech informed me that the percentage are based on international figures.  She said this is a midwestern baby fed steak and potatoes:) so she isn't as big as it may seem.

When I met with the dr, the nurse weighed me and I lost .5 pound since the last time I was there. (186)  This was alittle strange since Leah gained 2.32 pounds in four weeks!  My blood pressure was low, even for me!  120/62!!  I was very excited!  Dr didn't know why it was low and wasn't going to question it!:)  She measured my uterus and said it was perfect!  God is awesome!

She went through my chart and explained that as a precaution, she wants me to have a non-stress test and ultrasound every week until 36 weeks, and then I will have them twice a week and to continue follow-ups with the maternal-fetal medicine dr.

After my appt., we picked up Zoe from Colleen's and mom took me to Walmart to look at nursing cami's.  She bought me a really nice one and a nursing bra too.  They are so comfortable and soft-- I really like them!
