30 weeks

I had my 30 week appointment today.  Dave was at work- orienting on his first shift job, which has been such a blessing to our family!  My appt was at 4:15.  My weight was up 6 pounds from two weeks ago- 186.5.  Lynn called earlier in the week to tell me that I failed my glucose test, (160) so I wonder if I do have gestational diabetes with the rapid weight gain....?  My blood pressure was also high-- 146/68.  I wasn't feeling very well, headache, lightheaded and cramping.  Chris was concerned about my cramping and ran a slew of tests.  Fortunately, all came back negative and I am so thankful that she is so thorough and not overlooking everything.  I got to hear Leah's heartbeat and it was very strong and she was moving around like crazy!:o)
